proforma invoice

Dear All

I could not find out Proforma invoice Number in VF05/VF05N. Is there any customization for that. Searched in forum but could not find out.

Please guide me

You cannot see proformas in VF04 or in VF05. VF04 displays only proforma related delivery documents for which you should generate proforma.

You need to develop a zee report according to the needs of the end users, considering tables VBRK and VBRP.

If you want to See the list of proforma Invoice ......

VF04

In Default data Tab..Billing Type(Field) maintain F5/F8..You can see list of Proforma Invoices..

Hello

In VF05 you can see the list of invoicves Payer- Material wise.

If there are no proforma invoices made for this payer, you wont be able to see it.

You can try from VBRK table. Go to SE16-- Put VBRK table and make a search on the basis of Billing document type ( F5 or F8) for Proforma Invoice.

You will get the list of Proforma Invoice for a specified period.
