Hello all,
We have some qwestions on Workflow:
1. Is there functionality for a CUP change account WF to start when the IT security user generated the role in the system? How can we trigger via notification/WF in the system that the new role will be assigned to a user?
2. The CUP WF starts only after approving the role in ERM. In our customer's process of maintaining a role (general needs/transaction definition/risk analysis etc.) several users are involved. Does the system support any kind of notification possibilities since there is no WF? What is recommended?

None of this is possible, as of now. The second questions looks like a valid requirement. You can contact SAP and submit an enhancement request for the second request.
