Problem witn Interaction Center web client EIC

Hello,

We are implemented EIC.

When we launch "HREIC" transaction we have several erros:

Problems with the Web page:

Line: 301

Char: 9

Error nty_is_active is undefined

Code:0

Line: 295

Char: 9

Error: Object expected

Code:0

It´s seams that the web page is waiting for some object.

ECC 6.0

Component version

EHP 4 for SAP ERP 6.0 /7.0

System ID / Name HR system

Product Version SAP ECC 6.0

Poblem solved--> Activate service:IC_FRW_NOTIFY

Enter in transaction SICF and activate Default host/sap/bc/bsp/sap/IC_FRW_NOTIFY

Please confirm that you have all the configuration set up properly as from your error message I would guess that you dont. There are basic steps needed to get the core system up and running but they are to detailed to outline in this forum.

I would recommend that your company gets some expertise that has experience in implementing EIC.

Other than that I would review SAP Help.
