SPM - Firefighter ID valid to 12/31/9999 - Can this default date be changed

We are using the SPM module of AC 5.3. When we create a request for superuser access and select a firefighter ID, the VALID TO date defaults to 12/31/9999. Since we only want a user to have a firefighter ID for usually 1 day, is there anyway to change the default "valid to date" to "current date"?

I am on SP07. The problem isn't that I can't change the validity dates...because I can. The problem is that the "valid to" date defaults to 12/31/9999 and we have to change it every single time. We would like it to default to "current date".

Sorry, Peggy. This is not possible. There is no configuration change to change the Valid to date. We will have to live with it. You can open a message with SAP and see if they are going to change this or not.

There is an issue with early SP of AC 5.3. What SP are you on? As far as I know, you can change the validity dates in SP08.
