XI System Copy - ABAP not connected to SLD (the same system)

Hello,

I did homogenous system copy of XI 4.0 - NW 2004s using sapinst. I changed all configuration as was necessary. But I have still problem with SLD. From J2EE I can register to SLD, but from ABAP it's imposible. The problem is in RFC SLD_UC, SLD_NUC which are not working. Error message is

ERROR: program SLD_NUC not registered

Error Details LOCATION: SAP-Gateway on host czprgntdv17 / sapgw01

Error Details DETAIL: TP SLD_NUC not registered

name of server is OK port number too.

How to get it to work?
