SL Controller failed to start

Hi,

I am trying to install the SL Controller as described in the Note: 1151784 - Setup of SL Controller for Live Update.

When running the SDTServer.bat I receive the following error message:

Jun 3, 2009 10:39:10 AM [Info ]: Initializing SecurityManager ...

Jun 3, 2009 10:39:10 AM [Info ]: initSecManager() complete.

Jun 3, 2009 10:39:10 AM [Error ]: java.lang.NullPointerException: null

Jun 3, 2009 10:39:10 AM [Fatal ]: Error during controller startup.

Jun 3, 2009 10:39:10 AM [Fatal ]: SL Controller exiting.

Any idea's?

Hi Ridouan,

you might check SAP Note [1116057|https://service.sap.com/sap/support/notes/1116057].

Furthermore check to have downloaded the newest patch level of LMTOOLS.

In case the problem persists it might be the best to open a message.
