Release to accounting error

Dear ALL,

While doing releasing to accounting im getting the below error

(Prof.segment for prim.cost elements not advisable for costing-based CO-PA)

Hello,

the error is due to some element of copa whihc is not found by the system for posting.

you could check the below

check if the item has got the correct profit center,

check the g/l accounts it is posted to , if the g/ l have been activated for a cost element ( t code fs00) > edit cost element

there seems to be some mismatch , maybe the g/l require a cost center which is not found

etc

check with Co consultant if the settings are correctly done
