Travel Expense Form error

Hi

When am creating travel expenses and trying to simulate results its giving following error

Go to V_T702N_A

Choose your Trip Provision Variant

In Other settlement, go to the 24th cell from left/7th cell from right and give 1 there.

In that table only 0 value is acceptable. i almost checked all entries there but for form there is no entry.

three options are there

0 ADOBE Form Active

1 ADOBE Form Inactive

2 ADOBE Form Inactive for PR05, PR04, PR01

In your syst. its 0 and it is looking for an ADOBE form. But ADS Config is not done, thts why this error

Make it 1 and Adobe is deactivated

Ok. But wher to do that ADS config?

Wel i changed it to 1 Inactive but still m getting the same error.

as i have not customized any forms i have not maintained TRVFO

What is the value in TRVO and TRVFE?

PTRV_EXPENSE_FORM

which trip provision variant are u using?

Check the settings once in FITVFELD

Just try here. With everything fine it should have worked now. At the end you might do a debug

Wel thanks for ur patience n replies.

I think i need to talk to Basis people for the same. its some form error as in PDF settings.

i jus noticed one thing noe in TRIP if i right click on the trip in th overview are n select display its opening that form in simulation. but when i click on result button its givin that error while initiating th form. So i think its PDF form error settings.

Hi,

The form cannot be simulated until and unless there should not be any configuration error. Pl let me know if you are able to save the trip.
