i can't watch elements list in visual composer browser!!

i installed netweaver 2004s with visual ccomposer 7.0.

but after i log-on EP 7.0 elements list did not display.

is there especial configuarations??

please let me know how i am.

Hi Se Hun,

I had the same problem with VC6.0, but I cann't recall clearly how I solved it. Nevertheless it was on the client side.

Try to reinstall Adobe SVG and MS XML Parses, it should work.

Hi se hun jung,

I have never seen Visual Composer 7.0. However as i have used VC 6.0, the reason behind your problem might be beause of two reasons:-

1. Your portal user(by which you are logging into portal from VC) does not have enough authorization. This is a very common problem, check it out.

2. Check whether you have any portal addons (.sda files),to be deployed to the portal, along with your VC installation folder.If there is any, you'll have to deploy it,like what we had :

com.sap.visualcomposer.portalcontent.sda

com.sap.visualcomposer.sda

for VC 6.0.
