Copy prices from one customer to other custmoer

hi,

lets say prices have been defined on customer/material basis. let say if i want to copy the all the prices of the Customer A to Customer B. then how can i use it? please throw sm light.

Hi

Go to, VK32 > Condition maintainance > Prices > Individual Prices .

Specify your Sales org, Distribution channel, Cutomer , Material and Condition type -PR00 > Execute.

In the next screen "Condition record -overview", select the condition record and click on the button "Select Rule".

Choose Rule "1'' > continue/enter.

You will get a screen now "Copying : Customer to Customer".

In this screen specify the "Target Customer number" to whom you want to copy and execute.

The price condition record will be copied to the next Customer / Customers.

I think you should make sure that customer A and customer B belong to the same account group ,and they have the same customer pricing procedure.

You can do it only for a specific condition type and a specific key combination.

I m trying to create it with reference...but its not working fine

If i m trying to create the pricing for customer B, then i click on create with reference and select pricing data for Customer A, (for reference - source). then the system replaces the customer B with Customer A. thus alongwith materials, it copies the customer name as well.

if u try it at ur own, u'll better understand it.

"Copying rules for conditions do not contain V 1 305 2 entry"

however, the condition for which i m tryin to do is PR00

Have you tried it with my last suggestion ?

It is working. You can do it for condition type PR00 also and I hope there will be no error.

You can copy the Price condition record to multiple customers in that process.

Its very simple.

Go to VK11, key in PR00 and execute. Now key in Sales Org, Dist.Channel and customer code B to which you want to maintain the pricing. Now from top menu bar, click on "Condition --> Create with Reference" and maintain customer A and execute.

U can not copy like this u have to define new conduction and maintain same access like customer A to customer B by this system will bring same pricing for B customer
