Hi,

When we are accessing the GRC AC 5.3 web application via our Juniper

remote access VPN appliance, experienceing the attached application

error after logging in. Here are the steps taken before reaching this

error.

1) Login to https://xxxxxxx.yyyyyy.com and successfully authenticate with AD

2) Click on the GRC AC 5.3 web resource

3) The web application launches to the login page

4) Login with the SAP credentials

5) Experience the application error attached.

This error does not occur when accessing the application locally (on

the corporate network) and we verified that the issue is not being

reported by the Juniper device.

The initial exception that caused the request to fail, was:

Can some one help me to resolve the same ASAP.

Hi,

I don't know how your system works. But try Note 1150823 - The requested deployable object 'virsa/ccappcomp'.

Your URL might need to be adjusted.

Try to access:

http://<server_name>:5<instance>00/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~acappcomp/AC

http://<server_name>:5<instance>00/webdynpro/dispatcher/sap.com/grc~ccappcomp/ComplianceCalibrator

Hello all,

we have the same error for a Travel Web Dynpro application:

application [webdynpro/dispatcher] Processing HTTP request to servlet [dispatcher] finished with error.

The error is: com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.sal.core.DispatcherException: Wrong Web Dynpro URL: "../WebDynpro/Servlet/<deployableObject>/<application>/xx?..". xx is not allowed without exchange key. Retrieved URI path: /sap.com/ess_tratri/TripForm/~wd_key8_1245762174854/background.gif.

If anyone knows how to solve this that would be really helpful.
