Problem with SAP NetWeaver 04 SP16 installation when running Phase 3

Hi,

When I was installing SAP NetWeaver 04 SP16(Full Java Edition),I got this error in phase 3:

ERROR 2006-04-20 03:23:31

FSL-02010 Unable to set time for file C:/WINNT/system32/drivers/etc/services.4.

my installing environment:

OS: windows 2000 server

RAM: 2G

JAVA SDK version: 1.4.2_08

As far as i know the only file the installation should use is C:/WINNT/system32/drivers/etc/services

Every time the installation run shoult try rename this services file and create a backup, so you probably have services.1, services.2, services.3, etc... try save them with another name or move them and run the insallation again.
