Hi Experts

When i create the travel request, the trip status states as "Trip Completed".

1. When we create the travel request through Trip, we need to get the status as Request Entered

2. Once the apporval is done, then the status changes to Approved.

3. After settlement the states is Trip completed.

Default it states as Trip completed.

Please advice

Check the feature TRVPA.

here check the entry corresponding to WRP

The options are

Entry "WRP":

With entry "WRP" you control how the dialog (travel manager, travel

expense manager, weekly report) responds when a trip is saved.

Possible values:

o 0 = Every trip entered must be saved via the status screen.

o 1 = Every trip entered receives the approval status "Travel Request

Entered".

o 2 = Every trip entered receives the approval status "Travel Request

Approved".

o 3 = Every trip entered receives the approval status "Trip

Completed".

o 4 = Every trip entered receives the approval status "Trip Approved".

o 5 = Every trip entered whose end date is later than the entry date

receives the status "Travel Request Entered". Every trip recorded

whose end date is earlier than or the same as the entry date

receives the status "Trip Completed".

Hi,

As per SAP standard when trip is created by the employee the status will be as "Trip completed". If trip is approved by the manger then the status is "Trip approved". After trip is approved and if trip is modified then the status will become "Trip completed". And even if manager is rejected the trip status will be "Trip completed". The above said is a standard SAP setting. So if you need any new status like "Trip rejected or trip subbmitted" you need to do custmozation. Pl ask your ABAP team to do customization.

I hope there won't be any bussiness impact on changing the trip status. Pl let me know if you are not clarified.
