Condition VPRS: Error in converting exchange rate from EUR to USD

Hi All,

I encountered the above error just for document type inquiry. At the header sales, the document price is EUR but the exchange rate is not appearing even after I click on the refresh button. The VPRS is in USD and the document currency should be in EUR.

Appreciate if someone could enlighten mean as this is a standard SAP document but it works wih other company code and not the one I currently configure. I wonder if I have missed out any configuration for this.

Actually the VPRS Price comes from Plant Country Code and Header Sales price comes from Customer Master Data.

For exchage rate conversion ,kindly check SPRO > IMG > SAP Netweaver > General Settings > Currencies > Enter Exchange Rates .
