In ECC6, go MQ03, we can pull out the "attachment list" with all attached files there.
The files can be text or screen shots (colored).
Which table stores those files?
Is there a limit on the table size?

Check table SOFFCONT1.
As far as I'm aware theres no "limit" but attachements saved on the system itself increase the size of the database.
