System call failed.

hello experts

I am installing ECC 5.0 on Laptop having Windows 2003 server and SQL server 2000.

I got error

FSL-00001 system call failed. Error 5 (access is denied.) in execution of system call 'FindFirstVolumeMountPoint' with parameter (
?\volune {01d9b5a5-4f64-11de-ae0a-806e6f6e693}\), line (77) in file (synxcfsmit.cpp).

and

MOS-01235 Module function getInfo of module CIa0sMount failed.

please help me.

Simply change the JSDK and use the 1.4.2_09, for example.

Probably you need to increase the space in sapmnt

OR

If you are installing from an NFS Mount or network drive? If so it could be possible that the user does not have enough permissions on this. If so I recommend copying the installation files to a local directory and retrying the installation from there
