Solution Manager Optimizer mainance

Hi

I am trying to setup optimizer in solution manager.

I am getting the error

No destination for SAP customer number 2354460

Message Number: AISDK_SP_MESSAGES056

Diagnosis

Searching for an RFC destination of the form

SM_SP_0001234567

where 0001234567 is the SAP customer number with leading zeros

it is allowing me to download kernel , but not support patches.

what could be the problem in setting?

problem solved changing in AISUSER

[JPReyes]

Add your user to the list in transaction AISUSER, basically username and the last 6 digits of your S-number.

That should solve the problem

Hi,

Your S id is already associated to your customer number. So simply make the entry in AISUSER Tcode as suggested by Juan above.

You don't need to remove anything... just add the user in AISUSER.
