Workflow form, data lost for further process

We are on SAP ECC5.0.

I created workflow simple form by refer to a flat structure.

Workflow has two steps: first step for enter and second step for display.

After execute first step and enter value on the form, then save. Then second step to display the form, no data has been saved.

Any idea on how to solve this problem?

Apply OSS note 911219.

This note resolve the WF form data lost problem, but 'Advance with dialog' function is not working after applying the note, anyone have the same experience before?

Hi Amandeep,

Their is no binding between the form and the workflow, except the formprogram/dynpro/containerelement.

Do you mean I need to create a element type same as the flat structure to bing it between the workflow and task?

Sorry , I didn't realize that you mentioned SAP version ECC5.0.

I have not worked on that version.

You need to do the binding between the first step and then second step.
