SAPinst: Grant DB Access for OS user

Hi all,

My installation for ECC 5.0 is failing in phase 13 of 29 (MSSQL: Grant DB Access for OS User) with the following errors. I've checked the log and it doesn't say anything but what I've posted below. Can someone please help me with this?
