Hi All,

We have a Smarform Z_PO in which

Source Language = German.

Target Language = English.

it is also maintained in SE63.

Now we have a new requirement ,which needs a new text element to be added to the existing Smartform(Z_PO).We login in the German and created new Text Element and written the text and activated it.

But when we saw in the

SE63->Transaction->Other Long Texts->F4->Smartform Name(Z_PO)->Edit

*Here we were not able to find the Text Element in the Source Language*.We need this text both in German and English. Please Help Us what would be the Problem.

Thanks and Regards

Log in in German.

Delete the text node. Activate it. Then log in in English, create the text node for the smartform. Come back to the main screen. Click on Smartform--> Generate.

Then, Log in in German. . go to se63...../smartforms

give source language as EN, target language as German. Give the smartform name.

Then you can maintain the respective translation text.

Before trying this, try to generate the smartfor in German language by logginfg in in German, and Clicking on Smartform--> Generate.if that does not work, try the above.

Hope it helps you out.

hi the text element will be available in se63.

I think you are adding the test element in the smart form and activating it.

After activating the smart form.

Opem the smart form in SE63 then check for the text element.

Iam sure it will be there.
