Portal Administrator password locked

Can anyone help me with instructions on how to unlock the administrator password? When i try to log into our netweaver portal to add some new portal users, i'm getting the message 'password locked' for the admin user. Since we only have one administrator account, how do i get in there to unlock the password?

I'm encoutring the same problem but can't lunch configtool becuase i don't have graphical access to the server ( UNIX), juste putty ( command line access) is there any other method to resolve my problem?

hi,

you can unmount the MDM server and again mount the MDM server , start the MDM server

after that you can connect the repository,

Go to admin in that you can create number of users ID's

you can enter into the repository with new user id and password.
