Hello,
Users per instance data is not updated. I guess related job is not running.
Any help on this would be appreciated.

SAP was involved in providing the help in solving this problem. The answer is unschedule the SWNC_COLLECTOR_COMPRESSION compression jobs and you'll see the data is getting collected back in the T CODE ST03N.
This is unwanted job ran by me.
Thanks to SAP Support.

Manny,
Check that the following programs are scheduled, as well as all the standard jobs:
RSCOLL00
RSSTAT88
Also, you may want to review the following note:
Note 1158293 - ST03N: Display TOTAL data for current day, week and month
Also, please verify the following :
- Up to date kernel
- Up to date saposcol
- SPS level
What do you get when you double-click on one of the servers in the instance list?
Hope this helps.
PJ
Manny,
Do you have all of the collectors turned on in:
Collector and Performance DB u2013 Workload Collector u2013 Statistics ?
The SAP default should be enough unless there is an additional issue.
Hope this helps.
