Customozation in CIF for scheduling Agreements IM

Hi,

we do create IM for Scedule aggreements to capture the open schedule lines in SNP, so that the Total Demand will be accurate in SNP and as the delivery note is created in R/3, the next moment in SNP the Regional schedule lines Demand will become empty for the respective schedule line. this is fine and wokiring expectedly.

The issue is, we do calculate the Stock on hand with considering the Reg sched lines demand.

When a delivery note created in R/3, the schdule line become ZERO in APO, where my stock on hand wil be reduced by the delivery note Qty, but in reality, the PGI will be done for the delivery note after 3 days, it means in R/3 the stock will be reduced only after the PGI done, but in SNP once the delivery note creatd the stock is reducing by the delivery note qty, which is not a correct stock projection.

To over come this i am looking for a cutomization in CIF at application specific settings and enhancements,

Request you to let us know how to proceed with.

Thanks,

Arun.

I assume that you are referring to sales schedule agreement which is equivalent to sales order.

In SNP planning book you will never get to see physical stock on hand. For example if you have physical stock of 100 and there is a planned order of 50 with receipt date as today, you will see 150 as stock on hand on today's date in planning book.

Only place where you see physical stock on hand in APO is product view (/SAPAPO/RRP3) and procurement tab of product master (/SAPAPO/MAT1). The stock at these two places will match with R/3 stock.

When you make delivery note in R/3 the quantity of sch agreement will get reduced. the stock figure will show reduction as soon as delivery is made.

(if when schedule line is created, the stock on hand key figure will reduce as on that date.)

suppose physical stock on hand on 1 June is 100 there is a schedule line of 50 with 5th June as req. date. The stock on hand in planning book on 5th june will anyway show 50 irrespective of whether you create a delivery note or not. On the other hand if you make the delivery on 3rd June the stock on hand in planning book will reduce on 3rd itself.

Hope this is clear to understand how stock on hand works in SNP.
