SSO via AD with access to BW CRM R/3
All Internal users of our portal will require SSO access to BW CRM and R/3.
If all users are in an LDAP (Micorsoft-AD) do their users names in the LDAP system have to match the users names in the backend BW CRM and R/3 systems to achive SSO using SAP Logon Tickets?
Yes the user ID's should match if you want to use SSO with logonticket. You could also use user mapping if the ID's donot match (maintenance is a painful process with this approch)
