Process Flow Diagram

Can someone provide me with a process flow diagram and the step for creation of returnable packaging ?

Need a process flow diagram for shipping and returnable packaging

Hi there,

The process flow of retunrnable pcakaging is

1) Create Normal sales order in VA01

2) Go to VL01N and Carry out outbound Delivery

3) Do the Picking and for Packing Select the Line Item and Goto EDIT in the Menu bar and Click on Pack and in the Packaging Materials field give the Packaging Material number and select the two line items and Goto EDIT in the Menu bar and Click on PACK

4) Now do the PGI

5) Goto VF01 and raise the Invoice.

Now you have to take the packaging material back for that

1) Goto VA01 and Raise the Returns Order (AT )and Specify Packaging Material

2) Carry out Outbound Delivery.

Thanks Raja, but guess my question is conveyed wrongly, actually what im asking is for the diagram (flow chart) for returnable packaging.

Tried finding for a sample online, but not able to get one.

Hi,

For returnable pacaging,you have to create a material with "LEIH" material type.
