Alerts not appearing in alert inbox

Hi Experts,

I have done all the neccessary configuration for Alert but it is not appearing.

Please advice..

Hey

Run the report RSALERTTEST and see if your alerts are triggered in t-code SCOT,if its there,and you have also specified your User ID in "Fixed Recipient" in ALRTCATDEF,then you should get alert in your alert Inbox in RWB.

For test Purposes,just uncheck the "Suppress multiple alerts of this rule"

Thanks ,my problem is solved....i changed conditions connected message "Not Relevant" in Alert Configuration

I faced same error once , same alert category was used by one of our team member and alerts were triggered to his inbox and not mine.. chk if the alert category is used by other user also ... might be alerts triggered to that user's inbox...

no its not appearing in others inbox as well

for what conditions you have defined alert rule. Make sure that the intended error occurs then only alerts will raise and you can see them in Alert inbox.

Hi,

Make sure you added your user in alrtcatdef transaction fixed recipients tag.
