SIS Sales employee

Hi,

I need to select sales employee while generating report SIS sales employee report such as MCTI,

MC(Q. We are using HR module and I am able to select sales employee in sales order from the HR master. Partner function PE is made availabe at sales order level. I am not defaulting sales employee from customer master in the sales order as there are lot of sales employee possible for that customer. When I run the report SIS report MCTI, I am not able to select the sales employee (no drop down available). I guess the issue is with sales employee data from sales order not getting updated in SIS. Can any one tell me the settings to update sales employee data in SIS.

Hi,

Check in tcode MC25 if you are updating the field MCVBAP-PVRTNR with the right data.

In tcode MCST check the log for the generation of this data.

With tcode SE16N check the data in table S006

I checked the log in SE16N for table S006 but the data for sales employee is not getting updated there.

I also checked tcode MCST and it says no log found.

Can you please help further?

Hi,

Check your level of support packages, check the Note 968384 'SIS: Incorrect updating of partners'.
