changing a field text of a standard transaction

hi,

Could anyone please let me know, how to change the text of a field FVDT2 in standard transactions (MSC1N, MSC2N, and MSC3N).The text for this field should be changed from 'Date 2' to 'Last Shipping Date’. The data element is FVDAT.This transactions contain some other fields referring to the same data element, FVDAT (for which the text should not change)

Hello,

CMOD > GO to > Text Enhancement > Keywords > Change..

Give the Data element of the field and press enter.

Change and save.

then wont the changes get reflected where ever the data element is used. i just want the change only for one field.

Hello Vidya,

Thats true, chages will effects to all data elements. I don't think it is possible to chage the text of one field and not other (if data elements are same) becuase all texts are coming from data elements itself.
