Reg: Duplicates in Reselt set iview

Hi All,

I am using a standard result set iview. Is it possible to remove the duplicates in this iview?

For eg: If i am displaying names in the result set iview, if the same name comes second time,that should not be considered or displayed on the result set iview.

Hi,

Resultset iView just display the data present in the repository, we cannot set any restrictions on it or it is not configurable. You can create mask in data manager which contains the unique records and assigned that mask to particular role in the console and assign this role to particular user. Now when you use this user at the time of user mapping in portal, only the records assigned to the mask will be available in the Resultset iView.

The limitation is you need to maintain the mask manually.
