Hello,
I have implemented service desk in the solution manager.I want ot see the creator name8 created by) and changed by name on the incident management screen.
right now it the column for the created by is blank. and in the ticket it is showing RFC name as a creator name .
can any one tell me how we can see the name of a person who created the ticket.
tell me what are the setting required and these entries are maintained in which table ???
