How to have a scrollable message in status bar

Hi All,

I would like to display a scrollable message in status bar which would act like marquee (move from right to left). Can any one suggest a solution?

I think it is not possible.

you can do that in BSP's. in ABAP it is not possible.

you can refer to the transaction BIBS in which so many examples will given for dynamic messages.

Right click on your message, it will automatically scroll towards left. but, Vertical scroll is not possible.

I don't think it's possible, I haven't seen it in any SAP standard transaction.

I don't think there would be any point to do that.

However in Javascript is possible, so you can do it in your web-based application.

Hi VImalan,

Right click on your message on the status bar. It will scroll automatically.
