How to activate QIN scheduler

Hi,

Can any tell me how to activate QIN scheduler,the status is inactive.

We are having queue problems in Inbound Queue.

We are working on PI 7.1.

this is the normal status as it gets activated only for a few seconds each run

so it's difficult to see the active status

but this is not a problem for sure

check out SMQ1/SMq2 for issues and not the scheduler

Hi,

Thanks for the quick reply.When we trigger the IDoc (lets say 3 at a time) one is delivered but the rest two are in queue.We get an error :SysFail.the error is "Field symbol has not yet been assigned."

hi,

this is an error related to a program that creates the IDOC and not with the queue

check out ST22 for more details where the error happens

Hi Michal,

Thanks for the valuable answer.Can you please tell me how I can resolve this issue.I saw there are lot of dump errors.

The current ABAP program "SAPLIDOC_ADAPTER_MB" had to be interrupted because i

contains a statement that cannot be executed.

hi,

did you check service.sap.com/notes witht that --> SAPLIDOC_ADAPTER_MB

? there are a few notes with that keyword
