MDM Console Downward compatibility

Hi Friends.

We recently installed hot fix(5.5.64.95) for our Dev MDM System.

We installed corresponding MDM Console as well.

Through this new console we are able to access only the patched system. we are unable to access remaining MDM servers(MDM Qa and MDM Prd) which are in old versions 5.5.62.63.

its giving error "File failed crc check" due to different version.

We are in test face of validating patched systems. It will take some time to patch remaining systems as equal to Dev system.

Is there a way user can access both system with single new Console?

or user need to install required console whenever they accessing different versions of MDM server ?

Please assist what can be done for this issue.

Hi RajendR,

it's not possible to access different versions of MDM clients from a single mdm console version. You will get"FAILED CRC CHECK" for this.

However you can install different versions of console in different drives/folders on a system and name differently.

This can help to access diff systems from a single system.
