Hi,

As per my knowledge, SAP does not have any standard object for Spool Archiving.

I want to know that what kind of spool you want to archive (Like Job logs, Print Request files etc.)

Hi,

I am not aware with your company policy. If your company does not allow to delete any old spool, than you can create your own Archive object and do the archiving of the spools.

Please refer the below link for more details.

Hi,

If you want to delete old job log files and Print request, you can schedule following reports in your system with the frequency you want.

RSPO1041 -

TO Delete the Old Spool Request.

RSPO1043 ---To Delete unconsistent spool request.

RSBDCREO -- To delete old batch input sessions

RSBTCDEL -- To delete old job logs from the system

I will suggest you to schedule following jobs in your system as per below job so that such a bottleneck should never arises in your system.

"SAP Note 16083 - Standard jobs reorganization jobs"
