Table link between Audit Action and Quality

Hi Gurus,

Can you please let me know the Exact table linkage between the Audit action and Quality Note..

Sorry for being too technical.. but i dont know much about Audit transactions..

Got a requirement to display Qnote number on Audit smartforms..

Your help in this very appreciated..

Please clarify. Is that you need to display Note (text field) from the audit action .

This is not the note(text field) which i am looking for.. When you right click on the Action.. You have the option of creating a Quality Note ( QMEL-QMNUM ).. I want to know the table which relates the Action with the Quality Note number...
