Is blocking access to sap* my development server, is there a way to regenerate the key to this user Treves of SQL query and replace the default password pass.

Please explain the question again;its not clear what you want
Just for your info. you can block sap* user and again regenerate it with the default password pass

open Enterprise Manager, connect to the database and enter
delete from usr02 where bname = 'SAP*' and client = <yourclient>
If your system is based on Netweaver 7.0 or above you have to enter the parameter
login/no_automatic_user_sapstar = 0
in your instance profile.
After that you can logon using SAP* and password "pass".
