Copy Paste functionality not working in Planning book

Hi, We are trying to copy data from one key figure to another key figure in the same planning book. (Ctrl C & Ctrl V) But system is giving an error message 'Copy or CutPaste could not be execute'

Message no. /SAPAPO/SDP500

Diagnosis

Copy or Cut&Paste could not be performed. This is due to one of the following:

At least one cell in the target area is read-only. Fixed cells are also read-only cells

The target area is smaller than the source area

We are using SCM 5.0 ICould this be related to any patch issue?

Hello there,

This issue could be cause due to a SAP GUI version. Have you updated it recently? Please have a look at this note in service.sap.com/notes (Note Number: 1120552)

Hi,

Thanks for your message, but we are facing a peculiar issue. Some users are able to use the copy+paste functionality, but it doesn't work for some users & both the users have the same authorisations.

Does it have something to do with user settings?

hi,

the issue is definitely with the SAP GUI Version, Please check the patch levels too
