how to scrap sales order stock if the referenced sales order is deleted.

Hi, Please advise if there is a way on how to scrap a sales order stock.

The situation is, I have sales order stocks in MMBE. These stocks are need to be scrapped but my problem is that sales order item for this sales order stock was already deleted.If we tried to book the sales order stock in BLCK storage location we always got the error msg. "Item 20 in sales order XXXX does not exist". Also if we tried to scrap the pcs with 551 the same error is encountered.

Is there a possible way to remove sales order stock if the sale order item has been deleted already?

Hi

Use the Tcode MB1B for the transfer Posting so that that stock moves from the specail stock to unrestrcited based on the Mvmt type you then you can do the scrappig or directly to the scrapping

Firstly just try 551/E with that Sales Order item and then delete that Sales Order line item.

Hi,

If the Sales order is open. i.e. it is not yet delivered then in VA02 delete the order itself and then repeat your steps. And after this create one more new sales order
