activate exchange rates from ecb

morning gurus,

i would like to activaet exchenge rates from ecb, i found the note: 1286897, but i don t understand in my sm59 what i set..

so:

Target Host: www.ecb.europa.eu

service n°: ???

Path Prefix: /stats/eurofxref/eurofxref-hist-90d.xml

proxy setting: my proxy

Proxy Service: ???

and in global configuration i must set anythink?!

in logon tab: is correct NO LOGON?!?!

i have this error: ICM_HTTP_CONNECTION_FAILED
