Profit center in Delivery - VL01n

Hi

The Profit Center field is coming supressed in VL01n, generally this is copied from sales order. But in case of delivery without reference to order this field remains blank and supressed as a result release to accounting is not happeneing. I want to enter profit center manually in item data of delivery - Financial processing tab.

Sincere thanks for the help. The same query was raised by my sir also. Can we make the profit center field optional for delivery through SHD0.

If you are creating delivery without referencing to a sales document, then you should try in VL01NO and not in VL01N.

Nevertheless, maintain profit center in material master so that it will appear in delivery.

Incidentally, I am surprised to note that the same query is posted in a different name. If you have posted the same question with multiple user ids, please avoid this.
