Unable to update RG1 register!

Hi,

I am unable to update RG1 register through J1I5 for a particular material document for Issue with movement type 601.

The settings I have checked / observed:

1. J1ID settings are correct.

2. All the previous material documents for both receipts and issue have been updated properly.

3. More ever, another material document for issue is updated properly for same material. But this particular document is showing Red indicator while simulating.

Please help to resolve this issue.

Dear Anupam,

I am having the same error. Rg1 register is not updated for some of the material.

I have maintained all the necessary requirements.

Could you please inform me how this issue was reolved?

Hi

If it is newly created material then check table J_2Irg1bal and also

Check for this material whether receipts has been updated or not in J1I5

please check all the receipts & issues for previous periods,

Hi,

This is not a new material. All the previous receipts & issues have been updated properly for this material.

Even I have checked all the material documents from the initial date of this material and found that they have been updated.

More ever, for this month there are 2 issue documents for same material, one is updated properly but another one is showing RED indicator.

Check for that material document Excise invoice has been created or not.

Hi,

Yes the excise invoice is created.

Regarding this I have checked the J_1IRGSUM table and found that the cumulative receipt is greater than that of cumulative issues, but the receipt quantity is not that much which can accommodate the quantity I am trying to update in J1I5.

Now my concern is how to update receipts in J_1IRGSUM?, because the opening balance of RG1 is perfectly matching with opening balance of MB5B (it means all the receipts and issues have been perfectly updated up to that date).

Hi,

For that material RMA or ROP has not happened that is why system throw error light there, check and confirm
