MASS Change and Effecting dating

Hello ,

Can we keep history and validity dates for some of PD,WBS ,text fields,

and after that We can only do mass maintenance(CNMASS) for only those fields for which validity period is valid...

Effective dating is the ability to have Start / End dates for these field

is it a ABAP work?

You can use dynamis selection in mass change. In dynamic selection you can maintain preferences of dates at WBS or Porj defn level and then define a proj range or a wild card.

Only those projects will be selected for mass change whose dates fall in validity period as mentioned in dynamis selection.
