How to delete duplication accelator document from knowledge warehouse ?

Hi,

Please advise how to delete duplication document from knowledge warehouse ? because previously i have add more than one time in the roadmap template. i should use link in stead upload new document.

but eventhough i have deleted the document but the document still exist in the system.

Hi

In order to remove the documents which are unused now you can do so from report

goto se38 enter SOLMAN_UNUSED_DOCUMENTS and press execute

give user id (cn give more than 1)

Press execute button

now choose the document and press delete button

Note:This problem happen you have not deleted but in solar01/solar02 you have removed it from "-" MINUS sign which just remove the link for the doc assigned to current proj & dont delete the same from KW.

In this context I have another question:

is it possible to avoid from the beginning to insert / create more than one document with the same name / title? I think it would be helpful to have an error / warning message, if the document name already exists.

Does anybody know that this is possible?
