Copy "Personal Value List" settings from ECC

Is there any way to copy the "Personal Value List" settings from ECC into web's search help's "Personal Value List" settings?

If you are talking about Personal Value List for a Data Dictionary based Search Help - that information is persisted in the backend and shared between Classic Dynpro and Web Dynpro usages of the Search Help. You shouldn't need to copy anything.
