Hi,
When i go to transaction smicm, It shows ICM as not running.
How do we activate it.

Run smicm --> Click on Third icon ( Services or Press Shift+F1)
Select HTTP or SMTP and then go to Services Menu bar and say Activate

if the config has been done... try SMICM -> Administration -> Dispatcher -> Force ICM restart
