Activities are getting queued in CBS

Activities are getting queued in CBS instead of being processed and we have request processing mode as ON, don't know why. Can anyone help?

May I know in specific, what did you restart? The entire NWDI?

Yes cheen you have to restart NWDI server

Yes, restarting the NWDI server is also the only solution we know so far when we get the problem from time to time.

I was able to correct this issue by logging on to the Visual Administrator and then restarting the Component Build Service. The CBS had a red X indicating it had stopped. Once the service was restarted, the requests were no longer queued.
