Journal Entry not created when the delivery document is created.

Dear All

I am creating a delivery document but at time of creation of delivery the automatic journal entry is not created. And also not show the link button in Journal Remarks field in Accounting tab.

Please give me the solution.

Dear,

Please check your inventry balance of that product which you want to delivery. If the inventory status of that particular product is negative then journal will not created for that particular product. Please create a delivery which have positive balance I think in that case journal will create.

Make COGS Account visible & active in form settings of Delivery,Check COGS G/L is defined in delivery document ?

Run a Transaction Report for that period and verify what transactions took place.

Mostly delivered item is non stock item ?

have you checked whther you have slected dropship warehouse accidentally??

Hi,

If there is no cost price, no journal entry. Check the Inventory Audit Report for the transaction.

The company is set up as continuous stock?
