Formatted search with DI API

Can formatted searches be triggered when data is added via the DI API?

Hi,

As Ad said, it is not possible. The reason is that formatted searches are triggered when UI API events are raised. Using the DI API doesn´tt make UI API events to be raised, so that´s not possible.

Hello Sheetal,

Why don't you use the UIAPI to trigger such event than using the formatted search. In UIAPI, you can catch any event triggered in SBO. Hope this helps.

What do you mean by triggered?

via the DI API you can run SQL queries if this is your intension or you can use UI API to call to a specific query
