Document Status

Dear All,

I had created a Status Schema for Solution Manager Document, in that i had Checked the checkbox named DOCUMENT IS LOCKED against status Released,

I added a document in Solar01 and set the document as Released, but still other users who are viewing the document are able to edit or delete the Document Attached.

I want to know how to lock the document after it is released, Is there any options for that??

Hi,

Did you assign that status schema to your document type?

Only for those documents, of that document type, for which that status schema is assigned, will be locked for editing in Release status.

Dear Alagammai,

I had assigned the scheme to the documentation Type, but still it is allowing me to Delete the row.I want to gry that documentation after the status is set as Released.
