How to link 2 similar document that present more than one in roadmap ?

Hi,

I am creating new roadmap templace using RMDEF and RMAUTH. How to link between 2 similar document that present more than one location of the structure. so if i change one of the location it will update all the place.

Currently, i have create a few similar document that present in more than 1 location but then not link each other. so if i change one of them, didn't effected to others location.

Hi,

While uploading new document, instead of uploading or creating a new document, select the option "Assign Document ---> As Link".

It would open the search dialog box for you, from where you can search and select a document already uploaded in solution manager.
